All
authorised drivers and renters must be in
possession of a valid unendorsed drivers
license and passport, and be a minimum of 23
years of age. |

All
rates include insurance, oil, maintenance,
unlimited mileage and general sales tax. The
renter/driver will be liable for damage to
windscreen. windows, lights, damage/loss of
tyres and damage caused by sandblasting.

Rates
are calculated from pick-up time to drop-off
time. Minimum rental charge is 24 hours.

| 4. |
All
fuel usage will be payable by the renter, as
well as stamp duty and cleaning fee.

| 5. |
Should
the renter wish to extend the rental period,
the Into Namibia Car Rental Office must be
notified not less than 48 hours before the
termination of initial rental period. |
| 6. |
Any
costs incurred due to loss of or damage to a
vehicle or equipment will result in a
deduction from the excess deposit applicable
to the vehicle or equipment stated on the
Rental Agreement. Should the renter not have
taken out insurance on the vehicle or
equipment, the renter will be liable for the
total replacement cost of the vehicle or
equipment. |

Vehicles are allowed to enter Zimbabwe,
Botswana and South Africa with prior
arrangement. |
| 8. |
Should
the booked vehicle not be available at the
time of hire, we reserve the right to
substitute it with a similar vehicle. |
| 9. |
All
rentals are made subject to the terms and
conditions of the Rental Agreement. |
| 10. |
We
accept the following credit cards:
Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Diners
Club. No cash deposits are required with
these cards. |
| 11. |
We
offer a free airport transfer as well as a
free delivery within city limits. Drop off
to any other location can be arranged with
an additional charge. |
